 The wind had hit the Capital at around 4 pm today, creating some panic among locals.

It has been reported that the Tribhuvan International Airport shut its services due to low visibility caused by collection of dust particles over the sky. Likewise, road traffic movement was also severely disturbed.

The storm had lasted for more than 15 minutes.
